Burocracia incomprensible
Desde el mes pasado cuando renunció la doctora Sabina Gotusso a la dirección del Centro de Salud, “Carlos Artusi” de Pueblo Belgrano, el efector comenzó a decrecer en su calidad de atención.
La falta de un remplazo en la dirección del centro de salud está dejando sin insumos básicos al Artusi, al no haber una persona habilitada para la extracción del dinero que el Ministerio de Salud de la Provincia deposita todos los meses en la cuenta bancaria del centro, para la compra de insumos.
La atención primaria fue una de las claves de la gestión del ministro de Salud Ángel Giano, como parte de una política de desterrar de las mentes de las personas la cultura hospistalocéntrica que se tiene, dado que la gente de los barrios siempre optó acudir al Hospital para tratarse enfermedades estacionales, dado que la atención en los centros de salud provinciales siempre fue deficitaria en nuestra ciudad.
Con el tiempo los centros se fortalecieron, y hoy el J.J. Baggio se convirtió en un gran centro derivador de patologías, trabajando mancomunadamente con el Hospital Centenario, descomprimiendo algunas áreas.
Pero no sucedió lo mismo con el JJ. Franco y el Artusi, que si bien este último está en otro municipio, dada su cercanía es utilizado por muchos gualeguaychuenses.
El Franco, aún espera su inversión en infraestructura, con la urgente construcción de más consultorios, el Artusi, desde que se creó en 1983 cuando Pueblo Belgrano nacía como Junta de Gobierno, nunca logró que su director tuviera titularización.
Nadie puede negar que la atención primaria mejoró en gran medida, pero aún la burocracia del Estado, no parece estar a la altura de las necesidades de la gente de los barrios y la atención primaria de los centros de salud provinciales sigue siendo deficitaria.
