EL ARGENTINO informó este lunes que el área de Bromatología Municipal –dependiente de la Dirección de Inspección General- realizó decomisos de productos enlatados, snacks, lácteos, embutidos y otros productos envasados en dos supermercados de la ciudad.
La información dio cuenta que en uno de estos comercios, se encontraron productos vencidos con fecha reciente. Y en el otro, las condiciones edilicias son inadecuadas en las secciones carnicería, panadería y rotisería, además de encontrarse alimentos vencidos.
La comunicación oficial de la Municipalidad destacó que también se encontraron productos con la fecha de vencimiento borrada y otros con una nueva fecha de vencimiento, lo que constituye una infracción de máxima gravedad que ya ha sido elevada al Juez de Faltas Municipal para su pronta intervención.
Además, a municipalidad emitió un alerta a la población, solicitando a los consumidores que presenten especial atención a este tipo de prácticas mal intencionadas que pueden convertirse en un problema para la salud de las personas.
Y está claro que cada consumidor debe comprar con responsabilidad y a conciencia.
Pero también es real que debemos confiar en el trabajo de personal contratado para realizar este tipo de inspecciones, a todas luces necesarias.
Pero tratándose la nuestra de una ciudad donde nos conocemos todos, los consumidores deberían ser informados de quiénes son los infractores.
Para preservar la salud, porque muchas veces quienes compran son chicos o personas ancianas que a las que se les hace difícil encontrar estas leyendas.
Para que los infractores reciban al menos una sanción social, por no haber jugado limpio.
Y para no generar sospechas hacia quienes hacen las cosas como corresponde.
